Questions about price
How much does an English lesson cost?
You buy a package of lessons, each 50 minutes, and the per-lesson price falls as the package gets bigger. The exact figure for each package is on the cards above, along with what a single lesson works out at.
Is the trial lesson really free?
Yes. The trial is a 20-minute one to one lesson with a teacher, at no cost. There is nothing to pay and we do not ask for card details to book it.
Is this a monthly subscription?
No. You pay once for a package of lessons and nothing recurs. When they run out you decide whether to buy more.
Do the lessons expire?
No. The lessons you have bought stay yours until you use them, so a busy week or an exam period costs you nothing.
How do I pay?
Online card payment is still being set up, so for now our team arranges payment with you directly by bank transfer once you have chosen a package. It is usually done within a few hours and your account is activated straight away.
What if the lessons are not right for us?
Tell us and we will move the student to a different teacher without you losing any lessons. Unused lessons are also covered by our 14-day refund policy.
